Omg most hapless company I have ever came across. Ever. Ever.

If I could rate a minus thousand stars, I would. This is the most helpless company I have ever came across. I've placed my order twice. The most recent phone call I had was confirming my order and confirming delivery. About two weeks thereafter I logged on to order more things - just to learn that my previous order has been cancelled. No communication further, not an email, not a status update, not a phone call - nothing. Also they dont respond. I can not over-express how pathetic this "business" is. Hapless. Poor service. No service. Arggg. What can one say more.
