NOT TOLD THE TRUTH ABOUT DELISTING

I have been receiving calls from different consultants regarding my account that i was aware of, i was again called in January, given a settlement offer and i indeed made the payment end January,what i was asking is will i be de-listed if i make a payment, and the answer was Yes,i made the payment and a paid up letter was sent on the 14/02/2018 and i was told that delisting is taking 21 working days from the day of payment, UP UNTIL TODAY I AM STILL LISTED and no one has the guts to tell me why am i not delisted, then why do you promise people things that you are note sure of? hayi maan
