not reliable

i ordered a combo with a lot stuff but the microwave was not working so i told them, they told me i should return all the order . i refused because they wanted me to post at post office and it is a very huge purchase i cant carry it, so i told them how is that possible because it only the microwave which is not working then i decided if they want me to return the whole combo they must never bring it back thats when the story changed , oh okay you can send only the microwave , until now almost one month they havent returned my microwave yet they had said it takes 7days now its more than three weeks . im very angry because on the statement they have the full price, they expect me to pay my money but dont want to do the right thing.. im very angry with homechoice and as iam a young lady i wanted to buy all my furniture there so now i have changed my mind . when there is a problem on their items they stop calling like they do before purchase . change your ways homechoice.. this is just to cut the story short about homechoice expirience i had .not nice .
