Not receiving service to agreement
I asked my mom to use her account at homechoice to buy a travelling bag. I ordered at 16 @ R114 per month. Even the documents delevered stated R114 per month. The fist account I understand the delivery fee....but every month i have to pay R387 ..but I took the option of R114? Why. Is not the first time. And nobody can give an answer why???? Be not receiving the service i agreed to
