Not received my order yet they sent me a statement to pay

I ordered bedding sheets on the 08th of June and received an sms saying my order was cancelled after two weeks but to my surprise i received a statement to pay for the orded goods i didn't receive. I tried calling them to send me delivery receipt they keep on sending me from one person to another. Today one of the agents told me that maybe they delivered to the wrong address, i am worried this might ruin my credit profile as they are not willing to help me.
