Not paying for Unwanted curtains

After having reviewed homechoice here for order that was not delivered but was told that l had received. I was not happy with the curtains and called homechoice abouts my problem to which l was told that they'd be picked up by their courier company since we don't have any stores here in KZN. The curtains haven't been picked up instead lm harrased on daily basis for payment. I will not be paying for curtains l will not be using and l have made countless calls to ask them to collect but was told to wait they will be coming. Today one of their very rude agents calls and tells me they don't pick up parcels l should have posted it back within 14 days. But why was l not told this in the beginning and why tell me now only after many calls and emails back and forth and clearly told that the curtains would be picked up
