Not impressed with home choice

I recently ordered ordered from home choice after a second time of being denied my free items that were advertised anyway cut the long story short I ordered a hi sense washing machine that was supposed to come with a free gift however even though I mentioned on numerous occasions with the call agent when ever they called I kept emphasizing that I want my free blanket which I am also paying obviously as nothing is for free well yesterday I received my order with out the free gift and no response from home choice via email or calls I'm utterly disappointed order number is ***8.

Would appreciate it if some assistance could be received with the help of hello Peter
