Not Happy with the service

I ordered bedding online from HomeChoice beginning of September 2020 but on delivery I was not happy with the product. I contacted HomeChoice and canceled and asked them to come and collect the package. I called them within 24 hours of receiving it but no one has come to collect it. I received a statement beginning of March 2018 and contacted them and they said they have contacted me and I was unreachable which is a BIG FAT LIE. They closed the first case and opened a new one. I don't want this product, Home-choice please send someone to collect it ,now I'm blacklisted on something that i didn't even use,i still say please come and collect it even now.
