Not happy with home choice

I ordered 2 blankets 2 weeks ago and still haven't received them, now the cold front is coming and I still don't have my blankets, I have been following up and following up till today nothing from them, I would like to cancel my order right now and I'll make a plan to but blankets elsewhere, should I have ordered them elsewhere I should have received my order already
