Not clearing this credit with bureaus over 5 months

This mess is still showing under my credit score and it is affecting my name badly. Why Homechoice? Lee-ann Petersen said this record will be removed from credit bureaus and that was in November. We in March and this credit is ACTIVE under my name. WHY?
