Nonsense homechoice

This company is violating my rights on the 19th of February I requested my balance I was humiliated by their consultant but I came to this platform to write about how bad are they treating customers, guess what I was sent the balance as following:HomeChoice Mr Nhlabathi your settlement balance is R1227,00 due by the 26/02/2020 as per your request. But guess what today I made payment of R1234 but they still letting their collection department to phone me why cause my account is not in arrears anymore and it's not yet even the 26th but why why is this company doing this to me? South African don't buy from them consider take alot and wish they're so reliable and not harassing
