Non-refund for Order number ***3

I would like to lodge a complaint about Homechoice on behalf of my sister Ms. L Mokgwatlheng. Her account number is ********** 45 with Home Choice. She purchased four Boots Shoe pairs (4) and paid for all of them prior to them being mailed / couriered as per the agreement. The amount thereof was R6 099.64 on 06 July 2016. To cut the story short, three pairs (3 boots shoe pairs) were returned to Homechoice for the refund on 04 August 2016. Proof of such were sent to Homechoice (facsimile # ********** & ********** On 24 August, my sister received a sms from Homechoice notifying her that the items were received and the refund due (of R4 574.73) will be deposited into her bank account. She then phoned Homechoice to verify on which date this will be done. She was informed that the amount should appear in her bank account within 3 to 5 working days. On 1 September 2016, she phoned Homechoice since no money was deposited. She spoke to "Merle", who informed her that proof of payment is required to action this. Proof of payment was then sent on the same day, 1 September 2016 to the following provided e-mail: ********** >>>04:43 PM.

When she contacted them again on 14 September 2016, she was informed that no proof of payment has been received when looking at their system. This behaviour is totally unacceptable. Homechoice have the proof they need at their disposal (Payment and returned goods/items). They should refund my sister the R4 574.73 as soon as possible. Contact me immediately or I’ll be seeking legal advice on how to recoup my money.

Your consultant keep on acting as Homechoice doesn't have my banking details. But you guyz where able to refund the postage amount without my intevention to provide banking details. What the hell is the hold up ont the refund of R4 574.73? Send written communication on agreed refund time as i'm tired on contact the Customer Care department and have to relay the same message to different consultants.
