Non recieved orders

Im seriously disappointed , I ordered a blanket 3 weeks ago on the 23rd of May online , I have not recieved my order, what frustrates me is that i contacted them a Guy called Leroy responded by saying should provide another number because their couriers cant get ahold of me I did that no response after that fast forward todate I have not recieved my babies blanket , mind you I paid for the blanket already but their online service is tge worst when theres no were to track the parcel no where to enquire about the order its poor service, and when you finally find somewhere to communicate the are no valid responses I feel cheated n that I wasted my money
