Non delivery and non refund

They never get back to you when it comes to delivery or refunds. I made an order on the 19th of July 2018. To date they have not phoned me with regards to delivery. I contacted them on numerous times and every time a supervisor will phone me back. I have appointed an attorney as well. I would just like to know what must I do to get my money back. I am talking about over R4000!!
