No update on order

First time in years I am very disappointed with the sevice from HomeChoice. I placed an order on the 3rd Dec and its now the 15th and its still in a processing state with no updates. I called the call center and they couldnt explain why so they put throught to the Processing Dept who never answered the call.

I either want a refund or the product I paid for as this wait is ridiculous!!!
