No update on ITC after account was settled

I was listed by your legal or debt collection for an account which I asked for its settlement last year but I was ignored,two week some ***** name appeared on my ITC records which i found out its Homechoice,I paid off the account and they sent me a paid up letter,more than a week later you stupid company or whoever listed me hasnt updated my credit profile,what the **** is going on? Is your plan to ruin lives or what,just ****ing update that account as paid up or closed and stop messing our lives
