No service!! No feedback!!

Service is non existent!!

I bough a kettle and toaster the kettle worked for 4 months and toaster was used twice and it stopped working they said i must send back the whole set so they send a courier company to come get them at my work and its been 5 months still i have not received a new set or feedback...

Homechoice apparently did not get it back (according to the courier company they never collected it) then homechoice has the audacity to ask me about a slip the coirier had to give me that they never did!!

When i spoke to homechoice they said they will investigate with the couriers and no feedback to date!!!

Never buy something from them!
