No response on ***** query

Homechoice on my credit report, but did not open an account with them There is a billing issue that is coming back on my name.

Please note I have not taken up any sort of deal from homechoice however my credit score is picking up that I'm indebted to Homechoice. Please note, I have no accounts in my name, and this is **********, I've not accepted delivery of any items to me. I have emailed the requested documents to *** but am yet to receive a response. To avoid legal action. Please get someone to contact me and remove this from my name with immediate effect.
