No payment update with credit bureaus

Homechoice handed over my account to nimble, even though I was making monthly payments there were updates sent to the credit bureau and the last update was 10-05-2023. My account is now paid up and my last payment through NIMBLE was on 19 January. Nimble has updated the account as paid up on their side. There is no update from homechoice and I have not received a paid up letter because nimble says they are waiting for homechoice to issue. Can you please issue my paid up letter and update credit bureaus.
