No payment of winnings still!

On 07 October 2015, one Michelle Andrews phoned me and informed me that I was the winner of the June Fix Up The Mix Up competition. I had won R10 000 and 3 of my friends had each won R1000. Michelle told me that the funds would be paid to me 4 weeks after that call. It has been over 4 weeks and still no funds have been paid to any of us. I have been on the phone most of today with home choice and no one can give me answers, except telling me they will call me back. My win was even posted on Homechoice's Facebook wall, so I am sure it was no ****. I find this wait unacceptable. I urgently needed those funds and was relying on the payout being made on time. I think that this needs to be sorted out, and I don't think that I should constantly be told they will call me back and give me feedback, but never do.<br> <br> VERY HURT!!!<br> <br> I will be willing to provide any information needed.
