No order number after making the payment
I placed an order on 22 November 2023, with delivery, for a total of R2598.98 as a GUEST checkout on the homechoice.co.za website and paid instantly with the 3D Secure Cash Standard Bank Card Payment. The payment went off my account and my order was completed with the 3D Secure payment. The homechoice website froze and I didn’t receive a confirmation email, or order confirmation number. The only proof of payment is the sms showing that this amount was deducted on my bank account, and also the screenshot from the bank statement. How can a website function like that? Why is there a guest checkout option if all it does is deduct your money, nearly R3000 , and no order can be found on their system?
