No feedback on credit request. Still being charged

I had bought a duvet. And it was returned. The courier collected it in January 2022 within 7 days of delivery. My account has still not being credited. I am still being charged interest and paying for something that I do not have anymore. Reference for issue was ***6. Still no feedback from homechoice
