NO EFFORT, BAD SERVICE, NO DELIVERY

I ordered blankets on the 11th May, got an sms that its been sent off for delivery on the 15th May. To date no delivery, no attention, I am the only person calling from the 18th May following up with Homechoice and the couriers (Fast and Furious), nothing fast about them. Do date, I have had no joy. My parcel was still not delivered. Terrible service from both parties.
