no delivery no respond

i placed an order on the 23/11/2017 with ref ********** 0 no delivery was made for the goods i ordered. i sent emails to enquire no responds from them. i called they told me that they are out of stock i have to order something else. by the time when i ordered it was a special on BLACK FRIDAY there is nothing that i will get now with the price for that combo. i called the call center i get hold a rude consultant that didn't have time to assist me or give me a solution about my complain. now i get an automatic reply on my emails that my email was deleted without being read.
