No Delivery

I ordered goods from Homechoice on the 25th of November 2015 and still haven't received the goods. I phoned their courier company (apparently that is my responsibility) on the 14th of December to find out where the goods were and they told me they were at the delivery address on the 9th which is false because I was there the whole day and there were no deliveries made, no phone call or message to tell me they are there. Then the courier company told me they would deliver on the next day (the 15th) and that never happened either, also no phone call or message. I phone Homechoice the 29th of December to follow up again and they told me they would get back to me the next day to find out where my goods were. I had to phone them back today, 6 days later and they still don't know where my goods are!!!!! I have literary waited a month and 10 days and still no goods!!!!
