No deliveries and full of excuses!!!!

Placed an order online on the 20th after every item sold online has been granted permission even when it isn't an essential stuff. Today it's the 30th and the delivery has still not taken place, the call centre keeps giving excuses about making old deliveries first but how is that my issue as a paid customer?
