No customer service

I am a very unhappy customer. I have been trying to get some kind of manager other than an agent to contact me to sort my query, but without luck. It has been over a week and still no response. I have logged several calls and only promises. Even forwarded 2 mails, without response! I was given names of Belinda and Morris, teamleaders that will phone me, but still no one has contacted me. I am so frustrated with such pathetic service! I am still waiting for a response to sort my query and at this point just want a refund!
