No credit available as you insinuate that I didn't pay my account even after I send you my bank statements with payment clearly shown! This is the worst account ever!!!
I pay my account every month but all of a sudden I don't have any credit because the bank charge homechoice a fee if I pay. This is ridiculous . I received 2 sms's this month that I haven't pay and I even send Candice my bank statement but no one is updating my payment and I am in arrears according to you even if I pay. This account was the worst decision I ever made. I have never skipped one month but my credit gets taken away because of the bank cost charged you R7 bank fee last month and this month you cannot find my payment I made into your Standard Bank account. Fix your mistake!

05 Jul 2022, 11:46I see that my payment was allocated after I had to make a scene but still no credit available. Is this because I made a scene and now my credit has been taken away as I can't see that it is about my payments as I always pay on time the full amount that you send me via sms even if you deduct the bank charges from my payments. This is the first time I hear a client being responsible for bank charges when paying an account and this was the first time this happened as I pay my account every month on payday the exact amount you send me through to pay. Maybe just add in future to your sms the bank charges I will be responsible for as I would like to buy again if possible.
