Never want to do business with them

I recently placed an order online, and decided to cancel my order the very next day because the item I initially wanted turned out to be too small for the space I wanted to put it. I phoned them and the lady told me there was nothing on my account to cancel so the order was not placed correctly, a week after that I phoned again to make sure my order was cancelled again I was told no order was placed on my account. Yesterday I received a message saying my billing address was changed I phoned them again and was greeted by an extremely rude woman, this woman completely changed my mind to ever doing business with this company she too told me there was no order, this morning I received a message saying they want proof of income to process my order? For what reason now after dealing with an extremely rude woman who spoilt my entire day and phoning numerous times to cancel this order I still get phone calls to complete my order???? This woman I spoke to did not seem happy to work for this company at all and if she doesn't want to be there why can't she look for a job she would be happy in to speak the way she spoke to me yesterday I am sure you will lose hundreds of clients
