never received my order ever

I have bought kiddies bedding with Homechoice 2015, it was cash payment. I never receive my order or get a call from them, I called and called to complain about the matter, nothing happened. and last year I was asked to provide a new address, I did still I didn't get my order. I call the help center to ask about it and I get to hold for more than 10 minutes and run out off airtime, nobody has ever return my call. so today I called and had my call dropped and I called again and I was told to do affidavit and email it as a prove that I didn't get my order. am very angry as I sometimes wish to order from them, but when I think of my money that I still have to fight for, for 3 full yes it makes me so angry.
