Never Purchasing from Home choice again

I have Purchased 2 Kitchen Units from Homechoice which arrived and was assembled accordingly but there were parts missing and i sent the package back. they re delivered the parts that were missing but it was yet again the wrong stuff. i have contacted them numerous times aswell as explaining my situation to the debt collectors as i was handed over but no assistance has been received at all. i will not pay this account as i am sitting with half goods and this is unacceptable. I hope that this matter can now be resolved as im being listed as a Slow/bad payer for absolutely ridiculous reasons.
