Never buy a product at homechoice
I bought a laptop at homechoice last week. Due to some reasons, I want to return it but unfortunately I can't because whenever I call them, they just tell me that they put me through the relevant department so that I can get the reference number. While holding for the relevant person to assist me, they just hang up on me. This means I will have to stuck with that laptop for the rest of my lives even if I don't need it. My advice to you is that never ever buy a product from homechoice because when you want to return it they will hang up on you whenever you call them. So please take my advice guys I've learnt it the hard ways.

You're just waiting for 14 days to pass so that you can tell me that I should have returned the item within 14 days whereas you know that it is you who don't come back to me. Your company sucks. Now I hate it with all my heart. I wish everybody could see our complaints and think twice before he/she buys an item from you.
