Never again

we have ordered something from Home choice which they send us an sms on the 29th of November 2019 that the order was dispatched. I have called numerous times to track my parcel spoken to 5 persons from home choice 1 told me its with this courier comp and the others as well every time its with a new courier comp and still no answers, i was holding on for more than 30 min just to be told once more they will come back to us which they never do. they dont know what is going on in there company.
