Negative listing added by Homechoice

A few months ago I was a victim of impersonation when someone tried to use ********** documents with homechoice and they picked it up and I am grateful for that. But now I have a negative listing on my name put up by homechoice and SAFPS can't help me with a clearance letter since homechoice didn't list me a victim of fruad instead they added a negative listing. My life is at a stand still due to this negative listing. I have been trying to contact them with no joy, sent emails and whatsapp massages with no response from them, requested to be called back still nothing. What one must do to get a hold them and my matter to be attended to.? This is really frustrating homechoice.
