Negative Impact on my credit record

customer of homechoice for a long time and in 2016 I went under debt review I have paid my account in full and received a paid up letter but according to the credit bureaus I am still owing homechoice I have written and sent proof of all requested documents to the company to clear my name as this is having a negative impact on my credit still nothing has been done to rectify the problem.now it's hard for me to apply for any form of credit because I am seen as bad payer by other companies.
