Need a proof of address just to get a statement with a zero balance!!!
I have been trying to get a statement, but it was requested that I need to supply proof of address, I haven't been buying from them for a while and someone obviously didn't do their job otherwise this issue wouldn't have been even occurring if someone just updated my account at the credit bureau that I owe nothing!!!
It is always an issue with something, I will never buy from them again!!!
