Nauseating Customer Service

Purchased a TV online and it hasn’t been delivered and the tracking number I was given is not picked up by the courier company (Fast&Furious). Your customer service is a joke and this is the very last time you will ever get business from me.

I have requested your useless customer service to at least be proactive and locate the parcel so I can go and collect it and they are still failing to do that.
