Name and shame

After Nosiphiwo Qukwana said we will be contacted, we get bombarded with an email stating the couriers tried to deliver and failed!!!!! USELESS!!!!

Who is the courier, what is the waybill tracking number, where the hell is the refund????? No proof means no couriers!!!

Going to name and shame every agent now…. Yolanda has been the worst by far. Attitude and everything. She does not deserve any job. Apparently procedure not to give me her surname, I guess Yolanda is not even her name. Maybe I would have given a ****n name if I was so useless as well! I think I have spoken to them all. Bulelwa Xhame just sending a mail, clearly ignoring the refund request… Elise Veldsman also just doing the same as everyone else! Thought I made progress with Andile, but NO ALSO NOT!! Even Siyanda Marenene contacted me with NO RESOLUTION! Spoke to Caylin, Mark Wagenaar!!! How many people working on one query and cannot resolve it!!!! Goodness. Is this where the money from my order went, paying useless people their salaries!!

Can someone else from homechoice also contact me so that I can put even more names to my list. Or can one person perhaps take responsibility and solve this freaking mess!
