My Fridge is still no working yet they want payment

I am tired of the calls from the debt collectors, they are too quick to tell me to pay for something that is not even working, my fridge haven't been working since last year November 2021, I reported it and they have been telling me that they will resolve it and that its been dispatched from the couriers and all. But even today I haven't received any response and but lot of calls from the accounts department.😡
