I talked to the lady called Vuso. On our conversation she promised to send me dispute form. But she didn't. I went to home choice website that is where they've emailed it to me. When l call today to check if did they received my documents. The lady of which she didn't gave me her name told me no documents received, but when l called for the second time the other guy said they are working on my dispute. What's makes me angry is the lady l talked to said it's going to take a week, but the guy l talked to today said it's going to take 30 days. So now l don't know what to believe her.
