My account was hacked!

I got sms and emails of and order that was made on my behalf and they also sent me an email asking for identification through I’d document and payslip and banking statements.

I never made any order yet the order was accepted without even doing verification of my identification! How is it possible??? I never made that order and I do not live in Thembisa??? Who are you delivering to Thembisa??

This is ***** someone made an order using my account and you guys are not even verifying identification this is unacceptable because meaning anyone can use people’s accounts because there is no identification or verification done!!

I want that order cancelled I do not know it it’s not mine!
