My account debited for goods I did not purchase

Homechoice gave my details to ********** to buy in my name, debit orders for things I did not purchase went through my account, upon phoning them they can only refund me in 7 days, the consultants are not helpful, you can see they work together with **********, they won't give their full names, a lady by Sindiswa was not helpful
