I ordered and paid emediately on the 4th, I sent my proof of payment on the whatsaap number they gave me. Customer service is very rude they dropped my call. Sent them an email and got a automated response that their turn around time to respond is 72 hours😂. Today am receiving this sms. In my life I have never shopped online with a company that doesn't receive payment emediately, but with homechoice payment takes 48 hours and today marks 144 hours still they never received payment for my order.
