I so disappointed with homechoice I recently ordered blankets and duvets so what happened was they come with duvets set wich was wrong and I immediately called home they gave me ref no I went to post office and returned the wrong order I called them again to check if they got the return and they confirmed that few days later am receiving a sms saying your Oder was received by a third party and I just ignored the message until I was call by this rude lady telling me I’ve signed for blankets wich was delivered on the 14th of October I called them agin they say I received them on the first of October so everyone is coming with their story and I’m so sick of the calls when I asked the to email me the proof of my signature they refused instead they say I must go to police to make a affidavit to back my self

What ****’s me more how can a big company like homechoice can’t be able to manage their stuff and database I’m so regretting the day I ordered at homechoice their so not professional and keep harassing innocent people for their negligence I want the proof so I can take it to my lawyer we also have lawyers
