Most utterly disgusting service and company

I had an issue now for two months with homechoice. I app**** for credit everything was going on track till my order was never delivered I soke to the complains department and the lady said she is going to close the deal as I never received anything only to find out that I am on the transunion record already. I need this issue solved with immediate effect as I cant pay for something I never received and the lady told me that she could see the stuff was never delivered. They are the worst company to deal with the most rudest people and just dont care attitude I wonder if it had to happen to them how would they feel or respond.
