More payment but debt not going down
I have an account with homechoice which I was paying more than we agreed like they need 250 and I was paying 500 thinking I will pay it off quickly but surprisingly the R250 extra i was paying they are not counting it in to my account when I call them they take pilla to post telling me I have savings with them but they keep on demanding installment were else have money that is just staying on their account .I have finished paying the goods and I k still having over R1000 left on the account but I can't claim it back. This is very wrong they are robbing me
