missing pots

last 2 months if I'm not mistaken i made an inquiry on behalf of my mother with regards to the pots she purchased but the box was short of one pot. she did report the matter to you guys and she was promised to receive a parcel in few days time. its been 2 months already no feedback from you guys. please contact her regarding this because she is paying but those items a short. she ..please contact her and she speaks vernac.
