Missing items in Order
I ordered a set of pots that was coming with a set of utensils. I received the set of pots and the utensils were missing. I have been trying to make a follow up and the stories change every time I call. first time was told it will be escalated. second time am now told do an affidavit. on email was told do a disputes form. if it was their money I needed to pay they would have been efficient. will never buy anything from them again. order number ***8. why cant I just have a set solution to this not various stories. if homechoice wants me to buy they are very nice now they treat me like ****
