Missing items from my order
On the 04th of November 2015, I placed an order with Homechoice for the Vortex Home Theatre System. They delivered within less than a week which was fantastic however, the remote was not in the parcel. I contacted Homechoice and spoke to Thando, Palesa & Bulelwa on three different occasions who advised that it will be delivered within 14working days. I contacted homechoice today and spoke to a lady who advised that the request was sent to the incorrect department. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! I have waited for almost a month with absolutely no response from anyone at Homechoice and let me remind you that I have never missed a payment. To date I am not able to test to see if the item is working or not, if i do not get a response within 24hours - COME AND PICK YOUR GOODS UP!!! THIS IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
