Missing Item

I ordered two items back in May, but I received one item. I called customer service, and they advised me to write an affidavit which I did. This was in May i haven't received any response from them, but their collection center keeps on calling me every day telling me I must pay.

I've been waiting for a reply from this company since I lodged this complaint in May but no one came back to me regarding my complain. The only calls I'm getting are when I'm paying, how can I pay for an item I didn't receive? this thing is also affecting my credit score this is not fair because I've sent the affidavit as requested by the ***** department and no one responded. I regret buying from you if only I knew it will give me headaches. please fix my account so that my credit score can go back to normal.
